DESCRIPTION:We are putting the fun in FUNGI for this month’s Farm to TSK collaboration. Part field trip, part cooking class, we will meet at the Saturday Downtown Growers Market at Robinson Park at the Enchanted Farms Mushrooms booth. We’ll get to know founder and farmer Amanda, learn about EF’s offerings from their fresh mushroom varieties to their tinctures and drink powders, and of course, the why of it all.\nFrom there, we will meet back at Three Sisters Kitchen and learn a tart recipe (a gluten free option will be available upon request) using mushrooms from Enchanted Farms!\nThis class will be packed to the GILLS with information!
