TSK: Blue Corn Waffle Mix

Ingredients:

Organic Brown Rice Flour, NM Blue Corn Flour, Organic Sugar, Egg Replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk fiber), Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon, Xanthan Gum, Anise Seed

*Packaged in the same facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and dairy

Instructions:

Waffles – Combine 1 cup of dry mix with 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Let rest for 3 minutes before pouring into a greased waffle iron. Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. 

Pancakes – Combine 1 cup of mix to 1⅓ cup of water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Let rest for 3 minutes before pouring onto a greased skillet over medium heat. Cook for approximately 3 minutes per side.
