Three Sisters Kitchen’s Commercial Test Kitchen is a space for food entrepreneurs and young food businesses to experiment, make mistakes, learn, and adjust to create viable products. The Test Kitchen provides commercial equipment and supplies, real world training, community resources, and industry-specific services to support food entrepreneurs as they start and grow their businesses. Our Food Business Training Program runs twice a year for 15 weeks and focuses on value added production and new food business development. Established businesses are able to rent the Kitchen for small batch production as well.
