Italian Regional Cooking Class: Rome

Roman contemporary cooking mixes several traditions, which result in a wide variety of tasty recipes developed using simple ingredients. In this introductory class about Rome’s cooking we will propose some typical starters: mozzarella in carrozza (breaded mozzarella sandwich) and suppli, as well as risotto alla romana. We will enjoy these dishes together once they are ready! Note: no fee for food, bring an apron
