Korean Cooking Class
For our latest class, we're exploring Korean food and learning the basic but bold flavors of this cuisine with fresh, local ingredients! The menu will include bulgogi, banchan side dishes starring seasonal and local ingredients, and more! Vegetarian and vegan options will be available!

Moroccan Cooking Class
We're excited to bring back our Moroccan cooking class! We will be learning to make a classic tagine with a chicken and a vegan option as well as how to make a couscous dish with local and seasonal ingredients.

Hand-Pulled Noodle Class
We're not pulling your leg—we're pulling noodles made from scratch! Learn the dough and the technique behind chewy, bouncy noodles made famous by Xi'an Famous Foods. We'll also be making toppings and sauce that are vegetarian and vegan friendly.
