ReFresh Healthy Food Access is one of Three Sisters Kitchen’s cornerstone community health initiatives. The program provides free bi-weekly bags of local food and nutrition education to 100+ food-insecure families each year.
ReFresh connects families directly to local producers and distributors. Each season, participants join free, hands-on cooking and nutrition classes that celebrate New Mexico’s food traditions.
