Three Sisters Kitchen Awarded $130,000 State Grant for Food Business Incubator

Three Sisters Kitchen has been awarded $130,000 through New Mexico’s Certified Business Incubator Program, the largest grant among five business incubators funded statewide.

The grant will support certification efforts for TSK’s manufactured food business incubator, one of the organization’s flagship programs. The program helps food entrepreneurs explore and experiment with food business concepts in manufacturing over the course of several months.

“We are so thrilled to receive this support,” said Executive Director Anzia Bennett. “It’s going to go such a long way in ensuring that our program is an effective and impactful incubator for aspiring manufactured food entrepreneurs.”

The announcement comes as Three Sisters Kitchen celebrates its ninth year this August.
