Farm to TSK with Enchanted Farms Mushrooms

We are putting the fun in FUNGI for this month’s Farm to TSK collaboration. Part field trip, part cooking class, we will meet at the Saturday Downtown Growers Market at Robinson Park at the Enchanted Farms Mushrooms booth. We’ll get to know founder and farmer Amanda, learn about EF’s offerings from their fresh mushroom varieties to their tinctures and drink powders, and of course, the why of it all.

From there, we will meet back at Three Sisters Kitchen and learn a tart recipe (a gluten free option will be available upon request) using mushrooms from Enchanted Farms!

This class will be packed to the GILLS with information! There is truly no CAP on the fun we’ll have!! The world is our OYSTER!!!
