You’ve learned to make croissant dough. Now learn to make fillings, topping, flavorings, and more, to step up your French pastry game!
In this 3 hour class, we will expand on the basic croissant class by learning to make a smooth crème pâtissière (pastry cream), decadent chocolate ganache, and more techniques to create beautiful, buttery bites, whether you make your laminated croissant dough from scratch or pick some up from the grocery store! Participants will take home what they make in class—including plenty of delicious pastries. You do not have to have taken the Basic Croissants class to take this advanced techniques class!
