May Noodle Club: Biang Biang
Every fourth week of the month, a member of the Three Sisters Kitchen team will teach a class on how to make a different kind of noodle, whether an Italian pappardelle, Japanese udon, or more! You’ll also learn to make a quick sauce to go with the noodle! This month we’re making the iconic biang biang hand-pulled noodles from the Shaanxi province of China!
