NM ChileJang/Kyle Key
Locally crafted gochujang, a fermented korean chile paste. Made with local ingredients and aged for 90 days. This is the first of its kind for our state and only second in the country. NM ChileJang is changing the New Mexico food scene by introducing fermentation to one of our favorite ingredients and paving a way for future generations to pursue fermentation.
Ashokra Farm
Ashokra Farm (pronounced Uh-shoak-rah) is a small diversified vegetable farm in the north valley of Albuquerque. We specialize in growing okra (13 varieties) and have a value-added product, Okra Crisps, that we produce at Three Sisters Kitchen. Currently we offer 3 flavors - salted, red chile, and masala.
Fiesta on the Go
Driven by their experiences supporting both frontline healthcare workers and military personnel, Lilia and Silvia were inspired to launch Fiesta on the Go. It was out of this dual sense of empathy and culinary passion that our dehydrated salsas and easy to make meals were born, initially crafted to bring a taste of home to our loved ones abroad and support our communities around us.
At Fiesta On the Go, we firmly believe that delicious, wholesome food should be simple to prepare and accessible to everyone. We offer quick, easy, and affordable meal options that can be conveniently ordered from home.

T4B
Together for Brothers (T4B) builds capacity of self-identified boys and young men of color ages 12-24 years old to be leaders at all levels in their communities with a vision of improving health outcomes and health equity for BYMOC, their families and their communities. T4B’s Food Justice Project focuses on access to healthy and local food, cooking instruction, decolonizing diet, food stories and kitchen safety as well as promoting food business and entrepreneurship with T4B’s social enterprise and baking co-op that includes developing, marketing and producing a seasonal empanada kit.
Yappy Dog
Yappy Dog Farm is a small farm in the South Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico. We grow using organic practices and are dedicated to sharing the nourishment, joy, and community that local agriculture, vegetables, and flowers bring.
North Valley Organics
North Valley Organics is a farm located on three urban agricultural plots in Albuquerque’s North Valley. We grow certified organic, fresh market fruit and vegetables for sale to local school districts, CSAs and farmer’s markets in central New Mexico. We are a USDA-certified training site for those interested in principles of soil health and organic agriculture. We grow using a living mulch, minimal till cover-crop system that allows us to farm intensively while simultaneously feeding our soil. We are also deeply committed to growing and saving our own seeds. NVO has used space at Three Sisters Kitchen to develop a line of value added products made from our vegetables.

Born out of resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic, Duke City Delights & More LLC began when owner Angelica Visarraga turned a challenging time into an opportunity. A proud Northern New Mexico native from the small town of Peñasco, Angelica combines her passion for cooking with a love for spreading joy through food. At the heart of Duke City Delights is one mission: to make people smile—whether through a spicy jar of salsa or a sweet treat.
Rollin Thru ABQ
Born and raised in the south valley! Been a cook all my life since I was a kid making pancakes in the morning. I love to bake, so every year for the holiday season I make pumpkin rolls for family an friends and now for everyone at the railyards market! Starting at the end of July!
