Featured Bag Item

Whole Wheat Bread from The Ferm Brinery and Bakehouse
The Ferm Brinery and Bakehouse is an award-winning Albuquerque-based fermented foods company and flour mill. We create naturally leavened breads made from locally sourced freshly stone-milled grains. Not just limited to the bread we also make our own kimchi, sauerkraut, yogurt, kombucha, and all things fermented.
We have recently moved into our retail space in Old Town and are hoping to open by this summer. Currently, you can order our bread at www.newmexicoharvest.com. You can also stop by Tiny Grocer in Old Town to pick up a loaf today. Starting April 15 we will be at the Albuquerque Downtown Growers Market at Robinson Park every Saturday. Please follow us on Instagram @thefermbrineryandbakehouse.
Check out the below recipe that will be featured during the cooking class this Thursday! Remember to sign up for the class.
