What are Peaches and what are their health benefits?
Peaches are a sweet, juicy fruit with a fuzzy outer skin. Peaches are a stone fruit, which means they have one large seed in the center. These little fruits have a lot of vitamin C in them, which is good for our immune system and can even reduce our risk for some serious illnesses. They also have fiber which helps keep our digestive system regular. Ripe peaches should be slightly soft and are best kept in the refrigerator. If your peaches are hard, you can leave them on your counter at room temperature until they soften up.
Skip the froyo shop (and all the extra sugar!) in favor of a 4-ingredient recipe for cool and creamy 5-Minute Healthy Peach Frozen Yogurt.
