Recipes We Love
-
This carrot cake recipe is simple and delicious! It doesn’t have a lot of added sugar and is high in protein and fiber.
-
This veggie quesadillas with cilantro yogurt dip is great for a hit day. The combination of the nonfat yogurt with the cilantro is light and refreshing. You can use the plant-based yogurt to replace the nonfat yogurt.
-
This garlicky ginger Joi choi is easy to make and is delicious! You can also add other greens, such as kale and bok choy, to the dish. You can use onion to replace ginger if you don’t like the “spicy” taste from ginger.
