TSK Cooking Workshops Now Available Through Job Training Albuquerque

We are so excited to partner with Job Training Albuquerque to offer cooking workshops for individual employees and organizational teams who are eligible for JTA funding. We are offering the following workshops: 

Building Flavor through Technique 

Sushi Making – September 29 – 5pm – 8pm.
Learn the techniques and flavors behind the iconic Japanese dish from Master Sushi Chef Shigeru Usuki (Izanami) in this hands-on workshop!

Team Building In The Kitchen (Organizational Workshop)

Description: This in-person 4-hour workshop is designed for organizations with teams up to 12 employees who would like to take a break from the day-to-day flow, cook together, eat together, and support overall team understanding, communication, and cohesion. Workshop will include welcome breakfast, recipes, hands-on cooking activity, and lunch. Cuisines may include New Mexican, South Asian, Korean, Italian, and more. Dates below:

  • October 14 (9am – 1pm) – Register by September 30th
  • October 23 (9am – 1pm) – Register by October 9
  • October 28 (9am – 1pm) – Register by October 14th
  • November 6 (9 am – 1 pm) – Register by October 23

  • November 18 (9am – 1pm) – Register by October 28th

  • December 9 (9am – 1pm) – Register by November 25th
  • December 11 (9am – 1pm) – Register by November 25th
  • December 18 (9 am – 1 pm) – Register by December 4
