What are sunflower sprouts and what are their health benefits?
Sprouts are baby forms of plants. They are packed with nutrients, such as protein and vitamins, even though they are small. They are tender to eat raw and add a mild flavor to your dishes. Some ways to cook them include adding them to soup and eating raw with salad. Check out the below recipe.
