Brazil – Rio Brilhante – Cerrado

Automatic Coffee Maker 1:16 Ratio or roughly 1 tbsp/cup measurement on machine

1. Measure out the desired amount of coffee for the number of cups you want to brew.

2. Ground coffee to a medium coarseness (somewhere close to the consistency of sand.

3. Add ground coffee to filter basket and shake side-to-side to level out the bed.

4. Fill up water reservoir to the corresponding amount of water of desired weight of coffee

5. Brew and enjoy!

Pour over: 1:15 Ratio or to desired strength
