Bok choy is a member of the cabbage family, including cabbages, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, etc. Eating this family of vegetables is beneficial for cancer prevention because of the sulfur-containing compound, which prevents our cells from being damaged.
Use the bok choy, cilantro, lime, and hot peppers from your ReFresh bag to make this chicken soup with bok choy.
