Featured Bag Item

What are pears and what are their health benefits?
There are over 100 varieties of pears grown around the world! They are bell-shaped, sweet fruits that are packed with nutrients!  Pears are a good source of fiber, high in vitamins C and K, as well as potassium and antioxidants. They’re also especially good for gut health, and they may help keep you regular, too.
Check out the below recipe that will be featured in the ReFresh cooking class. Make sure to sign up for the class!
