Featured Bag Item

Blackberries are high in vitamin C, K and manganese and may fight cancer, help prevent heart disease and boost brain health. Blackberries are also high in fiber, which reduces cholesterol and manages blood sugar levels by slowing the rate of sugar absorption in the body. Blackberries can be served fresh or baked. Do not wash blackberries until you are ready to use them. Store them in the refrigerator in the low-humidity crisper drawer.
Please check out this salad with blackberry vinaigrette recipe that will be featured in the ReFresh cooking class. Make sure to sign up for the class!
